"For the last 4 years a colleague of mine recommended this place to me. I live in Miami and usually visit Los Angeles every other years. Although I had in mind Hinoki The Bird, I never had a chance to have dinner there. Covid time also prevented me to visit LA for the last 2 years. When coming back to Los Angeles, I made a point to have dinner at Hinoki The Bird. I am so upset of myself. What a shame! My dinner at Hinoki The Bird is one of the best I had from a long time. And I try to visit great restaurants in Miami, New York and Los Angeles. The place is so beautiful; The food is so delicious and original; The presentation is outstanding; and The service was great: Brieann is wonderful. She gave me the best advice on what to order. Everything is there for you to have a spectacular experience in such a pretty venue. I already want to go back to LA only to have dinner at Hinoki The Bird again."
