"Overall my husband and I had a good experience and will be back again. I had the Routa Di Parmegiano. The pasta was fresh and delicious but when she put the pasta in the cheese wheel it already had alfredo sauce on it which surprised us. But it wasn't drowning in sauce which was nice. We added grilled chicken and it very good. My husband ordered the Picanha Raclette. He ordered it medium rare and it was very overdone and he had to send it back. The manager quickly came over, apologized and said they were remaking it immediately. The second one came out done to the right temperature but it was just cooked oddly. There was no char or crust on the outside and it was mushy. You could tell the grade of meat was very good because the meat was very tender. The manager came over again to check on us and we asked how it was prepared. She said they bake it. Well that explains a lot. She offered to take it off our bill, but we said no, we are happy to pay for it since that's just how they prepare it. We will go back again as there are so many interesting dishes on the menu to try. I would recommend this restaurant, just don't order the steak unless you are used to it being baked."
