"I am a beginner knitter. I am making a hat for my granddaughter. I messed it up and really needed help. I walked into Wild Knits and Bridget was the sweetest, kindest human being ever!!!! I offered to pay her to fix my project. She said she wouldn't charge me and we sat down together as she explained what to do. She was even complimentary of my stitches. She nearly had me in tears.
