"The waiting time for a table here is unreasonable, and once you start waiting, there's no communication. I understand that there are busy days for the staff, but it would be nice to receive a quick check-in. I want to emphasize that this was an issue even before the Covid pandemic, so that shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Also, the call-ahead and waitlist system is a joke. I've been disappointed three times, even though I really wanted to give this place a chance. Unfortunately, that decision has backfired on me. Definitely not returning again."
