"Authentic Italian. We have been going to Pane E Vino for about ten years and enjoyed their authentic Italian offer almost every visit. Every restaurant has its day and Pane E Vino is no different, but it is very rare that we are disappointed. I love her chick marsala and have it even better everywhere else. It usually comes with a pasta side and a salad or soup. The salad is always fresh and the pasta fagioli never disappoints. Occasionally I will have the pizzas that resemble the kind of pizza you would get in Italy, not dominos, quite authentic. The waiting staff is very attentive and the food is usually timely and tasty. If I had to choose a popular regular restaurant in Melbourne, Pane E Vino would be. Oh, and the Dessert case, you just have to see it yourself."
