"Very good chicharron!!. Granted this restaurant is called Pollo Factory but we were looking for a cool place to eat lunch. As we perused the steam table, the chicharron looked to be fresh from the fryer so I decided to give it a try. The meal included sides in my case, rice beans and green beans. With a bottle soda, the total was a bit pricey for lunch but the portion size of both the entree and the sides was quite generous. The chicharron was excellent hot and fresh. Not greasy nor over-cooked the pork pieces were tender and moist easily cut with the supplied plastic utensils. The rice beans and green beans were OK nothing spectacular but good compliments to the chicharron. I'll return again perhaps for the pollo!!"
