"Came on a Sunday afternoon just for takeout. The waiter said it would be about 10 minutes but we didn?t get our food, which was only 2 items, until 50 minutes to almost an hour later. Restaurant was mostly empty with no other orders being placed at the time. Considering the circumstances, an hour is way too long to wait for takeout. On top of that, the Pad Thai was way too sour it was almost inedible. Pad Thai should have sour notes especially with the lime, but overwhelming sour (before even squeezing the lime) shouldn?t be the only thing you can taste. The Chicken Satay was so so. Waiters weren?t completely rude, but they were definitely dismissive and uncaring, seemed like they didn?t want to be there. I get it, servers don?t get tips from takeout, but it wouldn?t kill them to be at least somewhat cordial especially when the place is near empty. And of course they only take cash/amex, but that?s a very small inconvenience compared to the rest of the bad experience."
