"From an adults standpoint this place is a mental breakdown waiting to happen. Especially from an adult who didn’t realize what type of establishment I was walking into. That’s my bad. My kids had a blast though. They absolutely loved the environment as well as the games. They loved all of the kids running around. They loved all of the noise and the lights. They didn’t care for the food though. They can be picky eaters though. My son likes the noodles and red sauce, however he was too excited by the lights of the games. The food was okay. If you’ve never been to a cicis before, and if you have kids, and don’t have anxiety issues, this is a great place to bring your kids. If you are sensitive to overbearing noises and flashing lights , and a stranger preforming magic at your table for tips then this might not be the place for you. The magician was nice, however he was not employed by the establishment and was working for tips. He seemed like a nice guy , just trying to make money and I can respect that. However as a person with anxiety issues, I don’t enjoy a person hovering by my table. But the smile on my child’s face when watching the magic tricks was awesome and makes it worth it. Most of the time we spent there, the food was cycled out as thoroughly as possible. For the most part the place was clean. There were tables that were messy but it was a Friday night, and half the tables were full. There were large parties throughout the whole place. I think the staff are doing their best and while dining there, they were always doing something productive. The Alfredo sauce was off putting. The red sauce was okay, better than other places I’ve been. Sometimes the pizza slices were really hard. The chicken looked really fake though and the chicken broth for their chicken noodle soup looked like it came out of a can. Which it probably did considering this is a place where on a Friday night you can spend 30$ for a buffet for two kids and two adults. So cheap bite, but I’m still hungry because the food wasn’t appetizing. But I also don’t blame the restaurant for that because I like flavor and their target audience is kids. Which people are taught to not give their kids flavors so kids don’t care if the food is tasteless. Anyways the kids had a good time. I’m still coming down from the anxiety that this place gave me. But I still think it’s a good place and a nice place to go with the kids."
