"You may have to wait to get to the restaurant on weekends, but the food is worth it. Mulligan’s is one of the best American grill/bar restaurants in West County south of 40/64. The wings here are legendary followed by the burgers and monster salads. They won't find a better waffle frieze in STL. The chicken is always juicy and well marinated and the menu has enough options to feed almost everyone and everyone in your party. The Scramble is my favorite. It is meat on skewers with classic vegetables on skewers as well as with a teriyaki sauce and spices and comes over rice. The menu item names are golf references, but even if you don't know, golf can find out the menu. The staff here is incredibly nice and dedicated to the service Mulligans. This restaurant has some of the longest stories of employees who stay at a job from any restaurant I was. They are so friendly and attentive to detail, it is amazing and warmth. You know, if you have a long waiting period for Mulligan, there is a reason and it is worth waiting. Drive to the bar and take a drink and enjoy the conversations while you are there."

"I 'm really surprised by all the 5-star reviews. Don 't get me wrong, this place was fine, but we will not be back. Our server practically ignored us and got our relatively simple orders wrong. The queso tastes like cheese whiz- wasn 't particularly tasty and I had to mix it with the salsa to get some flavor in it. The salsa, now their salsa is legit- probably the best thing we had there, and I also enjoyed the chips, they were good and salty. However I ordered the fajitas and the beef was so... basic. The onions in the skillet were good but the meat left a lot to be desired. I also got a side of vegetables which had very little seasoning/flavor. Tried by husband 's rice- also rather bland. The atmosphere was not what I expected- felt much more country almost like it should have been a BBQ place rather than a Tex Mex joint. It was *very* dark inside- really unnecessarily so, as it was like 11:30am when we were there."

"Immediately the atmosphere and unique aesthetic of taxidermy walls and hostesses in cowboy hats makes you feel like you are in for an experience. Our server for super friendly and quick to respond. While the smoke from the kitchen was a bit much from the table we received, it was caused my the countless orders of sizzling fajitas.The place was packed both inside and outside seating which is always a good sign. The margaritas we ordered we strong but a little small for our liking. Not the best queso I have had, but the rest of the food was spot on. Everything was well seasoned and delivered hot and timely. Fresh hot chips and free tortillas were a nice surprise.We had enough food left over to have a nice size lunch the next day. We will be back with friends."

"Best Tex-Mex in Dallas! Staff is friendly attentive, food absolutely ROCKS (best beef fajitas ever even fresh tortillas handmade on site in the front window! , everyone's favorite crushed ice in beverages, innovative, delicious artistic cocktails as well (this is home of the original margarita machine! . They even have a lovely indoor/outdoor patio a beautiful private party room in back... what more could you want?! The decor is cool creative, a bit Tex, a bit Mex, nothing like you'll see anywhere else. We LOVE coming to Mariano's!!"

"We hadn’t been here since it opened. Tonight we had beef fajita burritos and beef fajitas for one. The fajitas were great thick cut, hot but not sizzling. The same for the burrito meat, however, the cheese on the burrito had a bitter taste next time I’ll ask for queso on top . So I ate the inside, which was very good. The place was clean and restrooms were clean.The restaurant was packed. We had to ask for napkins and utensils several times. The wait staff was cordial even in this demanding environment. The adult beverage was on par. I think we’ll be back soon."

"This was my first visit to Lopez Mexican Restaurant. It was around 2:30 in the afternoon so it wasn 't busy. I heard the waiter tell the hostess no more on the way to the table. The service reflected that comment. The food was ok, nothing that I feel Iwould want to go back for. The best part was probably the margarita. We only had one because the waiter never returned to ask ifwe would like another one."
