"This restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is wonderful. The bartenders are so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. It's a great place to hang out, I wish I lived closer. I came from the south side to see Joe Maddon and Ron Coomer live for a postgame show, and it was totally worth it!"

"I've reserved seven people coming to PALAPA. The host had told me someone in the restaurant canceled my reservation and After decided to give us bad seats for my 7 people. The manager moved us 3 times in the last hour during our show. I don't understand why someone in the restaurant cancelled my reservation. When I made this plan special as a birthday party for my daughter, everyone felt terrible. I do not recommend making a big party in this place The staff plays with time and feelings. For me and my family was a very bad experience. It is no longer disdadero desastre,"
