"Don't Mind if I Do!. Shan Dong is what I want about half the time when I crave chinese food: heavy, flavorful, textured, and generally greasy. The owners are delightful and kind. The handcut noodles are a taste treat. Shan Dong Beef is all I want in flavor but I also understand a certain resemblance to P.E. Orange Chicken that my sister pointed out to me. I like coming here when I just want a satisfying comfort meal."
