"The raw oysters were fantastic and the beer cold !! We went on the 50¢ raw oyster night, wow what a bargain. The service was great, everyone treated us so well. I love it when people are happy at work, it shows up in how the customers feel. Wonderful atmosphere, it was busy and still they were getting all the orders out promptly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable temperature. You can't go wrong eating at Phil's !!"
