"There was a hair baked inside the cheesecake. Called my waiter and their response was to go home and have tea to feel better. The cheesecake was taken off my bill but it was more like they were doing me a favor. No manager ever came to apologize. Very disappointed, first time there and worst experience ever."

"Went for a Friday fish fry around 7 pm and we were able to be seated immediately. They had plenty of staff and what appeared to be a manager on the floor making sure things were going smoothly. Our waitress greeted us at the table as we were sitting down and gave us menus along with taking a drink order right away. We love coming here as a local for years.
