"We have been customers of Bagels on Broadway for over a decade, but it seems to have gone downhill now. The experience inside the store is nothing what it used to be, the bagels are different, orders come out wrong, and we will probably not be going here again. We are hopeful that the recent reviews will not go unnoticed and that Bagels on Broadway will return to its former glory."
