"That was the greatest disappointment. We made a reservation and only had to say that they no longer honor OpenTable reservations. But we could wait and see if we got a table. That was the first strike. After about 30 minutes we could sit and get menus. After waiting for another 15/20min we were ready to order drinks and apps. We came for a specific app. That was the only reason to return to this place. The pickled green tomatoes were great at our first visit. Still on all menus, but they didn't have them anymore. Second strike.... we thought to go, but after waiting we're hungry, we stayed. You have taken so many things from the menu. The pizza's gone now, some sandwiches are gone now. You can't find the real feeling of the situation. It's everywhere. We finally talked to 2 different managers and couldn't worry about our problems. The only person who offered every kind of care was the hostess. This is NOT winner in the Rock Hill area."
