"Ordered 5 bagels with sausage, egg cheese, 1w/steak, egg cheese, all extra toasted, through Door Dash. The order was delivered promptly but 3 out of 6 bagels had no cheese. I called to let them know that 3 of the bagels had no cheese. I forgot to mention that all bagels were lightly toasted, not extra toasted. Mind you, they charge $1 for cheese! They told me that the only way to resolve the issue was for me to drive to Rockledge to replace the bagels. Never even apologized for their errors. 1) I am disabled, having severe issues, which is why I used Door Dash for delivery. 2) I live in Merritt Island. Kind of defeats the reasons for using Door Dash. 3) A simple apology would have been sufficient. The actual point of my call wasn?t to replace the food. It was to inform them that they had grossly ignored what the actual order was. The lack of concern for their inept service, along with no apology for their lack service, is what has prompted this review."
