"I recently dined here, and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. The food was subpar, and the service left much to be desired. However, the most concerning aspect was the server insisting on a 20% service charge for bills over a hundred. This policy felt forced, illegal and left a sour taste in our mouths. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant due to the lackluster food and service, and the uncomfortable pressure to pay an additional service charge."
