"Waited 10 minutes for our reservation and then continued to wait nearly an hour for our food. By the time the food arrived at the table everything was freezing cold. My bf ordered a medium rare steak and it was well done. My mother ordered a medium steak and it was rare. Terrible. We requested to speak to the manager and he refused to come over at first but finally he came over. Nothing was warm or fresh. Terrible and it’s not the first time."
