"I had a great lunch here a few weeks ago, but my recent dinner experience was unfortunately terrible. Despite arriving before other customers, we waited over 20 minutes for drink orders and over an hour for our food. The manager promised us a round of drinks and dessert, but never followed through. It was disappointing as I had been looking forward to dining by the water with a friend who had just arrived from Colorado. Overall, the service was very poor and it was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in years, especially considering the restaurant was not even busy.
