"ONE waitress for multiple tables, wait times for table service, the check, the bag to go was ridiculous. Our chef was great although she shorted me on the chicken fried rice and had to get my portion from the take out line, which I did not appreciate at all. There were only 7 people at our table and she still didn’t have enough fried rice for all 7. I think the guy in the first seat who was only have rice, got double portions."

"We had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The waiter was slow and forgot to bring us our soup and salad. The chef had to fetch the sauces because the waiter neglected to bring them. The quality of the food has declined and considering the high prices, the service should have been much better. We have always enjoyed dining at Benihana, but this experience may have been our last. We paid premium prices for a mediocre experience typically found in a shopping mall restaurant, not a fancy upscale one."

"The price has gone up way too high! Service was not great. It was not worth the amount we paid. I could have went to The Ranch for the same price or less. We have been coming for years and noticed the price increase the last time we were here but this last visit was crazy. Kids meals are now $25! My usual is now $63 which is nuts. We all agreed we would not be back."

"Food was good. Aaron was entertaining. Our server was new and it was a big opportunity for improvement. Our food was missed our drinks took longer than it probably should have. We were late to be seated on a Monday night so we didn't eat until almost 9 pm for a reservation at 7:3-7:45. My kids were passed out and barely ate. We were celebrating a birthday. We made the most of it. The check took forever because we were a larger group and the bill wasn't rendered correctly. To be fair the server said it was his first night out of training and we thought he was joking, but it showed. No managerial presence until the end when we were walking out."

"Our reservation was for 8:15 pm was seated 7 minutes after our reservations which was not so bad for a Saturday night. Requested our favorite chef Alex because HE IS THE ONLY REASON WE continue to patronize this location. Alex is truly an amazing chef, he's entertaining, interacts with guests cooks the food where you don't need to make it taste better. I highly recommend Alex as your chef.."

"The food was okay. My sister had remarked that at Fujy you get the soup and salad, not just one or the other. We were talking a lot so guess that's why the gentleman didn't say much. At other places we kind of got more of a show sides the onion thing. I also questioned the waitress about if the tip was on the whole amount or just what was left after the gift card was applied. I have no idea what it was really was on because when I got home, I realized we gave about a 35% tip which is okay but I normally only go 20%. I would have liked to see an option to tip a dollar amount instead of a percentage or seen what that percentage came to beforehand. Overall, the food was fine but doubt if we'll come back. It was a one-time experience."

"had a 7PM reservation, not space until 7:40 and had not come our chef and start cooking for another 40 minutes afterwards. so until the time of every real eating (non-apps, suppe, etc. wa served it 9pm. I can appreciate that restaurants like benihana can fall a bit behind, but two hours from the reservation time until the actual dinner is well served, is quite likely, the worst service I have ever experienced. to make the things worse even if I asked after 35 minutes in the lobby, no single person seemed worried or even offered the easiest excuse for waiting. I know where I'll never go back."

"Some sale items at various stores were not to bad. Overall pricing would be average. Not a place to find Barton or clearance items. Santa is there taking distant pictures. Be prepared to walk. The mall does not offer any seating at this time. No place to rest and catch your breath while hitting all the stores. They do have ample parking. Some of your major stores and chain specialty stores. Along with one off unique stores. 2nd level is accessible by stairs, escalators and elevator."

"We always love going to Yuniku. Their owner and staff are very friendly and deliver good service. Their all-you-can-eat sushi, hibachi and more is all prepared when the orders are placed. Their specialty sushi rolls are outstanding and if you like something spicy, try their spicy miso soup. Their all you can eat menu also includes lots of Japanese appetizers, soups, stir fry and dessert. They also have an ala carte menu and a happy hour. We highly recommend Yuniku."

"We always go to this restaurant and usually love it. But this time out service was terrible. I was so disappointed. We waited for forever for all the services except our cook. We had to ask over and over againFor things like a refill on our drinks and water. We waited over 45 minutes for the check alone. We should have walked out because we asked 3 times to pay our 500.00 bill. It was rediculous. It was my daughters birthday and we sat at our table for 2 hours and 50 minutes. This out a damper in our whole evening. We of coarse will go again because it’s our favorite but I was truly upset this night."

"Always a great experience. I was eating alone, so I went to the bar area for some happy hour specials. The spicy salmon roll was oishii (delicious). The onion soup was great and light, and the hibachi chicken rice was yummy, but overkill after the sushi. Why do I never stop eating sooner? Service was very good, even though I could tell they were a bit short-staffed. Definitely worth a stop for the sake as well."

"Unfortunately this sushi was awful. I think the platter was pre-made and just pulled from the fridge. The avocado was brown, crab salad was dry and even the edamame was sad looking. Ive had this platter before and it was perfect, but this go around it was sloppy and tasteless."

"Last Few times I came, I was turned away to tell me they are closed then I turned around and to see that they are not close, just refusing my services. Not to tell me why they say they are close when clearly they aren't. I came over 4 times to be denied services. I was once loyal customer. Now I am disappointed to be told they are closed. I came at the hours that they are not close at all. Not sure why I was denied services. I used to order up to twice a day now it's zilch and they told me to go to Kaladi Brothers Coffee. They do not serve Red Bull Smoothies. Anywho I would have given 5 star. But denied for no apparent reasons or told why. It is poor customer services."
