"This was for a 50. birthday party and the 3rd We used Rustika for the cake/dessert. Not only did they never disappoint, but put their stripes of top-notch, craft quality cakes that not only beautiful, but 100% delicious!! Francis met a totally large Slam World Series victorious runaway with her complicated and delicate Texas-Themed cake. Everyone wanted to know who did this, and we made sure that Rustika did this and that it was the 3rd for us they did. The servers didn't want to cut it because it was so nice, but when they were the chocolate top animal, and strawberry vanilla soil animal were both so delicious!! My wife loved it absolutely and thank you again for all your cooperation to give this to the best cake that every woman can give!"

"Can I do no Star ? I received the worst service here. The food was just average. However, the manager she isn’t friendly with some attitude issues. Extremely rude and nasty. This is horrible place to dine in. I asked if there was someone I could speak to about the incident as it was plain upsetting to spend my money and be treated in this manner. After finding out she is the manager from here I would rather speak with the owner, this manner of treatment is very concerning. When she brings the food out, she said Can you guys make some room . without politely or excuse or please??, her sound like she gives commands. We were repeat our order 3 times, but our order still not correct and when we ask them to redo it she extremely rude and said fine what do you want? . She acts like they are doing you a favor by selling you the food...and they force you to pay 20% gratuity of your bill on 5 people or more. Since when are tips an obligation, aren 't tips designed to thank them for how good of a service they did? NEVER EVER come back to this place again."

"I have ordered delivery meals from this restaurant many times. Their lunch menu is a great deal and they offer free delivery, which is rare these days. My usual order is the vegetarian luncheon plate, which includes sautéed vegetables and tofu, your choice of brown or white rice, and a side salad. I always ask for the dressing to be left out because it is too sweet for my taste. I have also tried the large vegetarian soup with vegetables and tofu, although I am not sure if the broth is vegan. Overall, this is my favorite place for affordable and tasty Thai food."

"I've been a patron of Papa's pizza in the last 10 years since I lived here in Franklin. I've sent so many people to this company. I can't order them anymore. Since they are sites and what seems to be owners, the food and customer service has really gone downhill. I just spent a good amount of money on pizza that I have to reheat. I called and told them, but all that was said to me was that it should not be cold, it was in the warmer. How really, I don't live far away, I should have had it myself. I order pizza so I don't have to cook to not heat everything."

"I ordered delivery with Door Dash this evening. My order was piggy stix and drink combo. My order arrived way way over cooked and hard! I called the store to speak with the manager on duty. Since I went through Door Dash Company I cant get a refund butthey will replace my piggy stix for me. Okay, great! Took with me the burnt over cooked food to have proof of my complaint. Iopened the box on my new order to show the clear difference between the two orders. I get a cheese stix with no bacon! Wheres mybacon?? Door Dash was great service!! Papa Pizza was not and the manager was a character which stated unappreciated commentsabout me complaining over a $8.00 piggy stix!! I dont know maybe Im over reacting but $8.00 to me is a lot of money these dayswhen you dont have much to start with These are the burnt order and the replacement below in the pictures. Can you see thedifference??? And wheres my bacon???"
