"Understaffed during a busy night and the waiter completely forgot about us multiple times. Took about 25 minutes just to get water. Forgot parts of my order. Food came out about an hour late. The waiter was nice, but overall the service was terrible and it’s all because they were understaffed and the manager felt it necessary to still seat people (might’ve had a 10 tables a waiter — impossible to handle diligently)."
"This place was awful. We were the only people in there for at least 30 minutes. Our hostess informed us that you can get the menu off-line with the QR code. We told her our phone doesn't do that and she continued to argue with us about how to do it and finally she gave the 5 of us one menu to look at. All of us ordered different stuff, but the small pizzas hardly had any topping on them. We waited 30 minutes for our food and the place was still empty with at least 6 workers.
