"This location of PF Changs is consistently good, the ambiance is nice, service friendly and efficient. Our Pork Steamed Dumplings and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce served with White Rice was very good. Our waiter, Bernardo, was excellent. I'd like to also recognize Austin at the host desk, he has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to help each guest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"We ordered lettuce wraps, peppers chicken and sesame chicken along with drinks. The food was good and served in a timely fashion even as the restaurant was quite busy. The food could have been hotter. The outside of the restaurant really needs a thorough clean-up and refurbishing."

"The restaurant hadn’t received our Open Table reservation. Luckily we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The restaurant was short staffed, which is expected these days. Service was a little slow and our appetizer came out after our meal. I think I got a different wine than I ordered. The quality of food was good, and very tasty. "In the past, it used to be difficult to secure a table at PFC, especially on Fridays. The food was average – not exceptional but not terrible either. Our server was pleasant though occasionally appeared confused, but overall, friendly. The price of the food has noticeably increased, with $75 for water wonton soup and two entrees being excessive. The interior decor is in need of an update."

"PF Changs used to be consistently good. Not sure why that is no longer the case. We have noticed the restaurant is no longer full, staffing seems short and most of all the food is inconsistent. For example, I order Buddha's feast in a brown sauce every time I go and each time it is served differently. One time the tofu is deep fried, next time just sautéed. I believe the menu says no pea pods and sometimes it is heavy with pods to the exclusion of other veggies. The consistency is just off."

"The entree that we ordered was not what I had been used to in the past. Most entrees can be shared among two people. That is what we did. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and each of us maybe got three chickens a piece. It was a good thing our waitress asked if we wanted more rice or we would've had to get more food somewhere else. We also got seated next to a family that was extremely loud, parents shouting, and I might as well have been watching TV. They were playing videos from their phone that I could clearly hear. Was extremely disappointed with the food and ambiance of PF Changs. Will not be returning anytime soon. Especially since it is out of my way to get to."

"Making a reservation had no impact. Despite arriving at the same time as others who were told the wait would be 30 minutes, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes to be seated. Numerous other patrons were seated before us, with the hostess explaining they were waiting for a specific table to become available. The restaurant was incredibly loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

Instead she brought entree and appetizer then later soup. We told her we didn't want it that way and she argued it with us. I still left her a good tip but I'm regretting doing that. "On the spur of the moment my husband and I decided to have a date night at PF Chang‘s. I wanted to try the Asian pear Mojito but they were out of the necessary ingredients so when I shared with the waitress I like something sweet but not overly sweet she suggested their sangria. It was really good. On my husband‘s trip to wash his hands he saw a man enjoying the Peking duck and ask him how it was… The man said it was the best thing on the menu so my husband ordered it and absolutely loved it! It was a great date!"

"Our waiter, Tomaso, was very attentive. Our food was good, just a bit salty. We all agreed it was not greasy and very tasty. We had the crab wontons to start. Mongolian beef, shrimp and lobster sauce and honey shrimp. Plenty to take home too. Noise level wasn’t loud and we could easily hear each other. Our drinks were also very enjoyable, we drank a blushing geisha and a Asian pear monitor. We’ll definitely be back."

"Before my daughter went back to college after winter break, she requested P.F Changs. I made a 6:45 reservation earlier in the day and we arrived right at 6:45. Upon arrival, we checked in and the were quickly told they don’t see our reservation. We were told to “prove it” so I showed the email confirmation to ensure it was the correct date and time. I also showed the app confirmation. The hostess just said she would put us on the list and it would be 20-45 mins. We said that we had a reservation and just proved it and she said I will add you to our list and it will be 20-45 minutes. We stepped outside to wait confused by why they wouldn’t honor our reservation. We should have asked for the manager but stood outside to wait. After 20 mins of virtually no one getting sat we opted to leave and not remove our name to see how long it would have taken. Guess what, we never got the text alert! I don’t like their food to begin with so now I’m done with them. It was so disappointing that we couldn’t take our daughter there the last night before she left out of state for college."

"I used to love Changs as one of my go-to restaurants, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The fried rice was dry, the spicy chicken lacked spice and was dry, and the crab wontons and pot stickers were underwhelming. It's unfortunate to see this decline in quality. I hoped it was just a one-time occurrence or a bad day for the kitchen, but this has happened consistently for the last three visits. It seems like they have not been able to recover since the pandemic. I will not be returning."

"Very poor service (waited and waited) on every level (take order, follow up on food, and especially waiting for the bill/final receipt twice). Also the bathroom was very dirty. This restaurant has really gone downhill. Sad as it is really the only Chinese restaurant chain. The restaurant at Natick Mall is a world of a difference."
