"A delightful experience--Battersby is reliably this. The food is innovative and intriguing, but somehow dependably delicious, which is very difficult to do. The service is top-notch. The ambiance is the best that can be done with limited space, the least notable aspect of the restaurant, but something still works about it. It's almost a communal vibe, but with just enough space to give you a sense of privacy. Overall, well worth* your time and tastebuds. *Note: I just knocked Battersby down a notch. Why? Well, I'd enjoyed my experience so much I made a reservation to take another friend the next evening. A notice popped up saying OpenTable reservations are for tasting menus only. For medical reasons, I can't do that. I called to check with Battersby about that, and was very rudely treated over the phone."
