"Sometimes you want to keep hidden gems like Chada Thai Bistro all to yourself!I've been enjoying Chada Thai Bistro for years. I had lunch yesterday with a friend from upstate and she was so mad I hadn't brought her sooner.They have such a great menu of classic Thai dishes and a really great lunch special menu (soup or salad choice of entree).Staff are always friendly, attentive and happy to offer recommendations and choices when available (our server suggested mango ice cream instead of traditional vanilla ice cream with our dessert).You can personalize your order of most dishes with choice of proteins or vegetables or tofu and spice (heat) level.Food is always served fresh from kitchen and perfect size. Great balance of spices and each bite flavorful.They also have great drink and dessert choices as well.It might be a small restaurant (often overlooked because of IHOP next door) but definitely big flavor."
