"Had to wait minutes past our reservation time. We asked times if our table was ready, no they were cleaning one. Except we saw several tables cleaned and ready. We ordered a martini with olives, the waiter repeated “blue cheese”. We said no, just olives. He repeated. No blue cheese. We said yes. Just plain. Olives. You guessed it. We got blue cheese. He didn’t offer to get a new martini. Just brought regular olives on a bar napkin. However, the martini tasted like blue cheese. It was possibly the most unprofessional experience I have had at TBones. , it was a special occasion, made not so special by the service there’s more but it is a moot point at this point"

"eating was good and well prepared. we started with the delicious brot. tasty, but other server took the pan for us, so it took one because to get it. we had a date and a date medallion. I also had a lobster dick. the lobster was a little hard because he was so big. the steak was good, except the medaillons had too much sauce on them. overall it was a good experience."

Incredible menu choices as well as daily specials too much to choose from. Service was fantastic and wow the swordfish and scallops extremely tasty! "You like Patrick Nagel, right? Have you ever dreamed of living _inside_ a Nagel print? Well, my friend, you have found your bliss. Sakura Asian Bistro is Nagel 1980s to the hilt; yea, verily, even unto the music track. If you didn 't live through the '80s, well, SAB isn 't the '80s it 's the dream of the '80s, man. If you did live through the '80s, SAB is what you were looking for. If what you were looking for is a Nagel print come to life, like a benevolent Videodrome. Whether the Nagelian decor is a plus or minus for you, the sushi is pretty good. 4/5 good. The tempura 's more like a 3 or 3.5/5. Small sake list, but they do have sake from Saké One, which is definitely a plus in my book. And our server was super nice. I wish I got her name she was great, obviously knew her sushi fish, and did a good job steering a few folks unfamiliar with sushi to good choices. So, yeah, worth spending an evening in Nageland if you 're at the Alyeska or environs and looking for sushi worth scarfing. Just wear your raddest Pet Shop Boys T shirt."

However, our server's lack of hospitality made us hesitant. We ultimately ended up only ordering a few items. It's concerning when you have to initiate greeting your server. "Ambience was absolutely incredible. We dined in the chandelier room and we had no problem speaking to each other! The music level was at a great and manageable volume. The food was excellent and came out very swiftly and freshly. We each had the ribeye, and both were cooked exactly as we wished, and could sense the quality in the cut. "we arrived very early on Thursday (11 o'clock) . there were no one when we arrived, then only a few patrons in the bar. consider it, there was no amount, service was not as good as we expected. "The food was great, but the service was poor. We were of total tables in the downstairs area, so it wasn't due to the place being busy. We sat down and were able to order pretty quickly, and the food arrived not too long after. The problem was that the server just wasn't there after our food was served. Our drinks were out and the bartender actually came out from behind the bar to refill our drinks. Once we were done eating, we waited close to minutes to get the bill. Multiple times we tried to stop our server to ask for it, but she rushed by or didn't come by our table. I would come again because the food was good and just hope that the server was having a bad night"

"I went to this restaurant tonight, only three people and I. four people in total. the first thing that went wrong was that I waited an hour for a table in an empty restaurant. I let that go because eating here is really good and the service is really good. but the worst thing I can imagine happened, our food was undercooked, the outside looks really good, but inside it was raw. I told the server that this happened. listen, our server, tried their best to help us, and even the food runner tried to help. the manager went to us and said you were happy now. I don't know what he meant. then I asked, and he told me I should go that my kind of people should not be here. I insulted. yes I am gay, yes, I wore a cultivation top, but I don't need a manager to tell me that. he also checked me all night and I could say he was because he was in the bar for a minute and looked up and down. I asked my server his name and she said it mike, I think that's correct. I hope the lgbt community will help me boycott this restaurant until mike is removed."
