"1. Here, finally decided to try it after driving many times. It was worth it!!!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. From host dinner to waitress Shelby? to manager. Everybody was great! There are great seating on the 1st and 2nd floor, closed outdoor seats and many screens to watch your favorite sports. Shelby our waitress, helped my friend and me with suggestions from the menu. She was here! We really enjoyed our drinks, appetizers and meals. When we demanded a replacement side dish, it was immediately changed. I highly recommend this place for its location (see from the street, lots of parking), food, atmosphere and excellent service! I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes! We ordered Carolina Wings (Siracha and Honey), Mt. Olive Pickle Chips, Caesar Salad, Chef cut of the day, perfectly cooked, and French Dip. Delicious?"

"The food was great, but the service was poor. We were of total tables in the downstairs area, so it wasn't due to the place being busy. We sat down and were able to order pretty quickly, and the food arrived not too long after. The problem was that the server just wasn't there after our food was served. Our drinks were out and the bartender actually came out from behind the bar to refill our drinks. Once we were done eating, we waited close to minutes to get the bill. Multiple times we tried to stop our server to ask for it, but she rushed by or didn't come by our table. I would come again because the food was good and just hope that the server was having a bad night"

"I went to this restaurant tonight, only three people and I. four people in total. the first thing that went wrong was that I waited an hour for a table in an empty restaurant. I let that go because eating here is really good and the service is really good. but the worst thing I can imagine happened, our food was undercooked, the outside looks really good, but inside it was raw. I told the server that this happened. listen, our server, tried their best to help us, and even the food runner tried to help. the manager went to us and said you were happy now. I don't know what he meant. then I asked, and he told me I should go that my kind of people should not be here. I insulted. yes I am gay, yes, I wore a cultivation top, but I don't need a manager to tell me that. he also checked me all night and I could say he was because he was in the bar for a minute and looked up and down. I asked my server his name and she said it mike, I think that's correct. I hope the lgbt community will help me boycott this restaurant until mike is removed."

"I made reservations for Christmas Eve. When we sat down, we were immediately told that the kitchen was closed. When we went to go, I said Hostess If I knew the kitchen was closed, I wouldn't have made reservations. The manager did it right. We could eat, but felt compelled. While we appreciate the help, and of what we were able to eat the food was good, a proposal would be for the restaurant to stop reservations an hour or so before they close."

"the owner/worker was very pleasant and the order was on time. small space that can be overlooked! I'm glad we're trying! We can in around 5 with 3 ppl .1 old and big, 1 big n tall(me) and big mentally ill... 1 of my party had an allergic reaction so he needed to calm down before eating j the waiter was cool that after explaining. but the bad thing was after ordering we had to flag him down too many times. Fries could have cooked longer.. My chicken cordon bleu panini was missing the sauce very dry, barely cheesed. I ordered a drink and 2 apps mac n cheese bites and wings. Both great. But my ice tea was gone ...asked for another tea and a water.. Still waiting on the waiter. We even took 2 more things home. Philly cheese steak with a little skimpy buy good. I even decently tipped 15$ on 130$ with iffy service."

"Came to Girardi 's last night. I only looked at Google reviews briefly before coming and saw the 4.4 rating, which is usually good enough. I wish I had also checked Yelp before coming, where they are a 3.6, which is more accurate, in my opinion. Service was extremely slow. We waited an unusually long time to be seated, and we waited a long time to place our order. It then took a very long time to actually get our food. The porchetta was room temp, not hot at all (they did comp us this dish was was kind of them). The eggplant parm was really good. Atmosphere was not great as we were seated right by the chilly entry way and bathrooms, which was totally disconnected from the main dining area. Don 't sit in this area if you can help it. We felt like we had to flag staff down for everything, including getting our bill."

"Our server Sara/Sarah was very helpful and polite. I asked what Lyla's is known for and she told me about their breakfast, sandwiches and Mediterranean dishes. I tried the Appetizer Combo...which is hummus, baba ganoosh (smokey and delicious), tabouli (wow), falafel (very crunchy outer coating) and pita bread (it did not come with a pickle...if you see one in my picture). I also ordered the Combination Platter...which had beef kafta,. shish kebob, shish tawook, lamb, rice and grilled vegetables. The food was very tasty...but I would suggest bringing someone to share the food with... because it was a lot for one person."

"The food is excellent. Like you take a bite and then need a pause to savor it excellent. I'm visiting Boston and ordered here twice this vacation so far. "If I could put ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering here since they opened! Tonight will be my last. Place a simple order (tenders and a sandwich 2 hours ago. I know it can get busy so I waited patiently. After a hour and a half I called the restaurant wondering where my order was and was told it’s on the way. I then spoke with them again and they placed the driver on the phone (he was at the restaurant he told me he tried to deliver my food and spoke with someone that told him to go to a different address. When he read back my phone number he called the wrong number (typed it in incorrectly okay. Things happen right? He told me he was gunna come deliver my food and I still agreed to wait. (It’s late now and nothing is open and I worked all day and haven’t eaten yet. I then speak with the manager and she told me she’s not having the driver deliver the food and is going to refund me the order…. I was shocked that she rather lose a customer than just send the driver with the food that’s supposedly already made to me? I told her I have been waiting now 2 hours and a just canceling my order is suppose to be chill.. if she was the one in my shoes I don’t think she would have been so careless. But she was. She said oh well and that we shouldn’t be ordering to them anyway that we might be too far away. Imagine?? MIND YOU IVE ORDERED FROM HERE DOZENS OF TIMES. LOL. Just can’t believe a business could be so careless and unprofessional with their regulars. I will not be ordering here again and I will be sure to tell others not to. BEWARE of rude careless unprofessional manager. Plenty of great places to eat in Worcester don’t take the chance."
