"They Cancelled my order. I ordered through Google. Was tracking my order through their website and Google said my order was on the way. I waited a full 45 minutes and Google NEVER updated my order as one being not delivered. Called Noodles and they hungup on me. Some people are just lazy. Waiting for the charge to reverse. This sort of thing literally happens EVERY TIME Iorder from a company's website. I try and order through their website because, usually, restaurants earn more every time you dothat. There have been a couple of disgruntled managers who talked about the -age that apps like Uber get when you order throughthere. Because of this happening so often, I will never order food delivery from a company's website again. If you'reunreliable, don't expect me to act in a way that will give you the most profit again. Don't even offer delivery through yourwebsite."
