The place is so organized that the waitress placed our appetizer order with a small tablet and the appetizer came out while she was taking the rest of our dinner order. We were all very impressed at our table."

"That was my second time, and I had a great experience. I was surprised to see Suzy himself in the restaurant, run around and mingle with the customers. I had a pleasant conversation with her. The waiter and his customer service were excellent. My food was nice and hot when it was served. That made me smile, 'cause that's how I like my food. I ordered catfish, mac and cheese and framed spinach. It was well seasoned and very tasty. I had the explosion cheese cake for dessert. Oh, my God!!!! It was good for the last bite. It was half-cake and half- cheesecake with chocolate syrup and whipped cream on the side. The band was excellent and the atmosphere was great. I recommend this place to others and I will definitely return. Did I mention that I went to my birthday? It was a perfect end for my day. I loved it!!!"

"The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. It took over 2 hours to receive our food during Saturday lunch. The waiter was extremely busy and forgot to take our drink orders until 15 minutes later. It took almost an hour for our food to finally arrive, and when it did, the sauce that was supposed to be on the side ended up on the eggs. Despite the mistake, I didn't send it back due to the long wait. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the amount of orders. While I have visited this restaurant many times for a leisurely brunch, this experience was slow and frustrating. Unless you have 3 hours to spare for brunch, I would recommend considering other options. I even had to ask for a refill on my hot water for tea, which was disappointing as it did not meet the usual standard of service."

"We stopped here for a drink on a sunny Friday afternoon. The upstairs bar has a large open window looking down onto the street, which is nice for fresh air and people watching. Beer was okay; we didn 't order any food. The service from the...barmaid was great. The only downside was that for a place named Dublin Calling you 'd think it would have some Irish atmosphere, some local drinks or food. Not the case. There was country music blaring during our stay, and nothing in the place was connected to Ireland save for green paint on the walls and Guinness on tap. If you 're looking for a true Irish pub, go elsewhere."

"Hope and Anchor in New York is one of the best places I have visited. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The mac and cheese fritters, which are a classic mac and cheese fries with radish sauce, are absolutely amazing. "Their Cinnamon bread pudding is something you need to try! Sinfully delicious. It usually comes with a sweet sauce overlay. Don't put too much of it to properly taste the Cinnamon flavor. we wish that their store at the upper East side would bring back the 1 quart size online orders. don't forget their burnt ends beans. it's already a meal in itself though it is classified as a side dish. "The first time the service was less than 100%. Our server took forever to bring us bread. We were finished eating our salads, and finally, the server came to the table with our bread. Our tea refill took forever. We will return; however, the server needs to be retrained on the timing of bringing the food to the table. The server was not apologetic and that disturbs us more."

"Our food was served hot, fresh and flavorful. I was skeptical at first but their food was good . The 2 Meat Sampler had a nice size portion, and the meat was tender as bbq should be. Their bbq sauce brings it all together. Please stay good, I will be ordering again . I recommend the pulled pork, sausage, ribs, and corn fritters. Mac and cheese could use some more flavor but over it was good."

"Husband said the busy bees didnt have enough cheese for his liking but it was a fantastic burger. I loved my fried chicken burger, I added coleslaw because why not eh but they added thin chicken strips, ideally should be bigger strips or add another nice piece of chicken breast. I also dont understand why halal option costs the Muslims more. Maybe shane should look for a different poultry provider if he feels his cost is too high getting halal meat. But I would like to thank you for thinking of us. Im from the uk where everything is literally halal, and coming here absolutely very little decent halal places to none. "After hearing so many great things about Craft, I was told by the general manager at 8:46-8:47 that they were closed for the night. After telling him I traveled out of my way to try Craft Burgers he still insisted policy was last order 8:45. Which I missed by the max two minutes. I am very disappointed that this was my first experience. I was NOT GREETED, nor did I feel welcomed. Regardless of the time a customer should feel welcomed especially when they are coming to spend money. The General Manager insisted that last order policy is listed online. (I was on my apple mobile phone and the website wasn’t the best nor was the policy as visible as them advertising their burgers and everything else on the menu). I Understand policy and I understand I came within 12-13 minutes of closing, but even though I did not leave being able to experience Craft Burger A warm welcome and smile goes Long way! This is coming from a foodie who has been to plenty of restaurants not only in Atlanta but across the nation and other countries.Not sure if I will want to try Craft Burgers By Shane after this experience. Wish them the best but not cool. They are in the burger business and not costumer service so maybe I am overreacting."
