"I stopped tonight to eat tonight. Manager Terry (I'm sorry if I spelled that I took my order wrong and made sure our food was correct. He even checked twice if I wanted pickles on my sandwich, as it was done because I left them on the order. (I'm not a huge pimple fan, but sometimes will she eat??? Terry was polite, professional and really comes as a care about the customer and the food that comes from his restaurant. We have some bojangles near us, but that will be what we choose from here. Thank you for a great experience."

"The food at this restaurant was delicious, especially the fries which were some of the best I've had in years. I was also pleased to see that they had a larger menu selection with more options than other places. You can order inside, but be aware that there is no indoor seating. However, there were some concerns about the cleanliness and functionality of the restroom, and the location was a bit further from the highway than I had anticipated."

"The worst service ever!!! Ordering the last 4-5 times here for me and my wife was a problem. Rather, it is from objects in which I get it. But if you order and return it and screw it up again. But that's not worse, I ordered a cookie with egg and cheese on the bread. But they give bacon on a cookie and fillet on cookies. I thought it was the two. Once correct, NOPE... they took the bacon and fillet and placed them both on a bungalow and gave it back, the same stuff I order, they just took it from the cookie and put it on a bungalow, but I never ordered the bacon, but it was on the bunk with the fillet."

"About 10 minutes waiting to order, about 15 mins to pay, another 10 mins to get my order and another 10 mins still have to wait because they didnt read the screan right... and they didnt have my order ready...... never again !! "I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. The staff was very rude. I placed my order well before closing time and they only had fries and mac n cheese available as sides. They also only had chicken breast and refused to make chicken supremes. I tried to explain how long it takes to make supremes but they eventually agreed to make some. However, when I received my order, it was completely wrong. Additionally, they leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to address these issues."

"The restaurant was incredibly busy and there was only one person working the drive-thru window. The cashier appeared to be overwhelmed, but it would have been nice if she had acknowledged me when I arrived at the window instead of walking away. Fortunately, the manager stepped in, kept things moving, and was very polite. I appreciated how smoothly they handled the situation and ensured that I was taken care of quickly, as well as the other customers."

"Because it was good, but the internal service was essentially abandoned at this point. It was over 5 minutes before I saw the guy working the front line. I checked my watch when I arrived, it was 20 minutes from the door to the order. A guy on the front without help and what looked like inexperience. I saw 6 people leaving the line before they were ordered. Drive through had priority, but it is bad administration, service and attention to a total disregard for those who in the store."

"I visited this Bojangles at 11 this morning. There was a slight line, but it moved quickly. The team was on point. The staff was polite and communicated clearly. The woman at the window, though clearly busy, was very accommodating. I had read some negative reviews before going, but I wanted to see for myself, and I'm so glad I did. The food was delicious!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the place was clean, and the drive-thru was quick. The Bojangles chicken was fantastic! I was especially impressed during my last visit on Sunday morning, June 5th, around 11:30. A group of young men were managing the store and they were all polite, well-dressed, and friendly. They worked well together and represented McDowell County beautifully. The restaurant was running like a well-oiled machine, and they deserve recognition for their hard work. It's not often you see young adults in fast food who display such good manners."
