"I found it quite confusing to see that your deli is advertised as open seven days a week until 6 PM, yet when I looked inside, the chairs were stacked on the tables and staff were cleaning. It really gave off the impression that you were closed. It reminded me of the end of a school day when we used to put chairs up, and the janitors would come in to clean. I noticed several people contemplating whether to enter, but they seemed unsure if the deli was actually open. There was even a young woman who opened the door and peeked inside, but after standing there for a while without anyone at the counter, she ended up leaving. I did see one person mopping and maybe another in the back, but they clearly didn’t notice her. In just a 30-second span, I counted seven people who walked by and looked in, and I could tell they didn’t go in because the place looked closed."

"I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food."

"A true gem, never thought such an amazing restaurant was located here. The food is amazing portions are generous and prices are fair and affordable. Every dish feels homemade and it’s absolutely delicious. Lunch has a scheduled special each day and very affordable. The curry as well as the rice bowls are amazing. "I was satisfied with my experience in Andersens and we went back a second time, and that was also very good. Consistent. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. They immediately came to us and took our orders. The food didn't take long to get out, I read other reviews that said it, but I wonder if that was when they first opened. Often places are overwhelmed when they open first. We went after the initial fanfare died a bit. So, our food was prompt. The food was hot with the exception of an article our Mac and cheese. They took it back and quickly delivered a sharp exchange. What else can I ask? Mistake. You did it right. The order by the piece of chicken was delicious. Really good. And the ribs were also excellent. It's a barbecue and for us it was more than worth it. We'll return happy."

"Beautiful restaurant by the lake with a fast friendly service. Seats can be inside or outside and when we went, they even had live entertainment. I had Canadian salmon that was not too bad (a little on the Bland side for my taste) and my husband had the ahi tuna that was really good. We both had the salt potatoes, a localized specialty and tasted amazing! The salads were good and had contained a variety of fresh vegetables."

"I'm proud to be a Panino regular! The absolute best deli I've ever done! I wish I knew it years ago. Rosa reminds me when I visited my Nonna. Everything is so delicious! Premium, imported, fresh. The sandwiches, chicken fillets, mozzarell, pasta, baked treats. Everything's great! The sausage and the paprika are the best you ever have. King Umberto is a personal Fave and Rosa's sauce is divine. Many products for shopping like the real San Marzano sauce from Italy. Everything is done with love. You're a wonderful family. "Long time New Yorker growing up with going to kosher or kosher style deli places. Deli counter on one side, table/booth seating on other side. Cole slaw and pickles offered to table for munching while one decides what to order and waiting for your food (refills given when requested). Not only brought back good memories but food was good and wait staff was excellent. If you want a New York kosher deli experience along with the food, then this is the place."
