"Sip 22 has pretty good coffee and really delicious crepes! Great place to sit down and relax, the inside is a little small but they have outside seating when the weather is nice."

"I’ve only been here once so far, but the one experience I had has been very good. I purchased an iced coffee and cream cheese danish. I don’t eat pasteries very often but that danish is definitely the best danish I’ve ever had so far. I’ll be returning to this place to revise my review in the future."
