"I always take out food here and it is always cold and hard especially the tacos, On Taco Tuesdays !!!. They estimate pickup time too long and that is why food gets cold by the time food is picked up. This is a kitchen nightmare. Tacos got too expensive as well, almost $3 for a single street taco, really! Their entire food menu items actually just rose in price! As for me, no more take out from this place!"

The salsas are excellent and don't forget to ask for the pickled carrots, as they sometimes forget to include them. The pickled onions and habaneros in the salsas are delicious and spicy. But today was the worst, my burrito tasted like cleaning supplies, I took 2 bites and trashed it. Now I feel sick and my stomach is burning, and have a headache. Called and asked for a manager, was told manager wasn't there. Told the lady on the phone what happened and she didn't care one bit. Don't go here."

"Large vegan menu. Enchiladas, tortas, tamales, tacos, pozole, champurrado, gansitos, cakes, you name it they've got it! I don't even like jackfruit, but somehow they make it soooo yummy! They must simmer it in the sauce overnight because it's tender, juicy, and so flavorful. I've driven out here on many occasions just for the food. I live an hour and a half away. Always buy tons of extra food to take home"

"I went through the drive thru on 7/13/23 at 9 30am and asked the employee what is poco that showed on my receipt. He said steak and cook forgot it was a Jr breakfast burrito but only charge for Jr size. When I got home it was all wrong and had ham in it. I brought it back and the employee man said refund for only the burrito not the large diet coke. I said yes. He asked for my debit card and I gave it to him. Then a lady employee gave me my debit card and a receipt. She charged my card again for $3.33 and said it was for the drink. I told her no! I already paid for my drink when I got the burrito. I told the man employee wearing glasses that I want a refund for the burrito I handed back to him and now for a second drink they charged me. He acted like he couldn't speak English. He never refunded me or gave me a new burrito. I called the police to come out. The ov officer said to file a complaint with HQ and call my bank to dispute. These people stole from me. My entire family loves filibertos but now they're going to stop. It's unfortunate this has happened. The stole from me twice. It's disgusting. Zero stars for this business. I just hope I get all my money back. I have the receipts and bank statement. I never got a refund. And no food."
