"From the time we ordered dinner to when it came to the table, it took at least 30 minutes. 4 people nachos, grilled cheese tomato soup, hamburger, hamburger no bun. Both hamburgers were ordered medium. The one with no bun came rare. We asked to have it cooked more. Elizabeth H, our server, said if it was too rare, we should have ordered it medium well, not medium. Meanwhile, the other hamburger, ordered medium, was perfect. Don't question the customer. Just do your job that you will be tipped well for. The rest of us finished our dinner with no return to check on us from Elizabeth. We finally had to ask for it to be boxed up to go. That took another 10 minutes with no apologies or follow up from Elizabeth. Another server brought the order to go. Also the fries that were ordered with the no bun hamburger were supposed to be garlic fries. They were just regular fries. We may return for the food but will ensure we don't get Elizabeth H as a server."
