"Check-in was fine, but the front desk staff seemed busy, and the interaction felt quite impersonal.
As for our room, we were disappointed. We had selected a room with a balcony and a sea view, but upon arrival, we found ourselves on the second floor directly above the roof, which was visibly cluttered with leftover towels, cigarettes, pens, and candies. The bathroom faucets, both in the sink and shower, were outdated and not functioning properly. Overall, the space felt extremely basic and lacked refinement, especially considering we spent nearly $500 per night.
Room service was another letdown, offering only finished dishes and no desserts after 10 PM.
For breakfast, we dined at the Fig restaurant. I ordered the avocado toast, but it was more like cucumber toast with some store-bought guacamole underneath. The service had a more personal touch here, perhaps because I had raised some of the issues we encountered."
