"Not sure why the reviews of this place are so high but my group of were throughly disappointed. We arrived and were promptly seated placed our drink orders and ordered a bottle of wine and waited almost minutes. We requested bread and it never came. The entrees came hour later. It seemed like the restaurant was catering to the bar scene than diners. The fish came and had a tomato based sauce that was very bland. The desert, bread pudding, was dry and it looked like it crumbled on the corner. The server kept apologizing but it just wasn’t worth the per person cost. At the lights were turned up bright like it was closing time with the gate entrance closed to the adjacent hotel lobby. I have never experienced something like this. There are much better options for dining in NOLA"

"“Quick breakfast at the hotel before headed out of town” took over an hour and we were one of 3—4 tables. Eggs Benedict was supposed to have poached eggs on top however my wife and I both received eggs that were basically hard boiled so I requested new poached eggs. 20 minutes later and the rest of our food now cold, I received a small bowl with two eggs still sitting in about an ounce of water.
