"it was our second visit and we found that all the Sushi dishes were new. they use low-content fish and cover them with either Mayo-based or kabayaki-based sauces. most are too salty. they did not know how to cook sushi rice so sushi was broken twice in half. the dessert has tasted a low quality supermarket brand. they also tried to overload with additional items we had never ordered. be careful with cheating if you really want to go there. this place was great, but new chefs seemed to start from cheap. the Japanese chef who seemed to be the chief did not know how to cut fish with the same thick. amazing! it is a place where they pay $20 per person, not $155 per person."
