"I would have given this restaurant a 5-star rating if the bartender had been more attentive to the customers. Unfortunately, she seemed to have a short memory, except when it came time to pay. I don't think I will be returning to the Gator Dock in the future. The food was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting under the warmer for too long. The Philly Sub had an overwhelming amount of pepper compared to other ingredients. I have visited other Gator Dock locations in the past and never had an experience as disappointing as this."
