"This is a fantastic restaurant. You have great food and excellent services. Conveniently located on Colorado Blvd as part of the open shopping center in the old town of Pasadena. We were blown away from the wonderful aromas of food. When we were here a few years ago, we were disappointed by the moderate food and cold service. Unlike her Bid Gourmet restaurant in San Diego, the food was common when it first opened its door. The famous donut was flat to taste. This time we had a completely different experience with our lunch. We were greeted joyfully from April, the General Manager of the restaurant, and have a nice table inside. Our waitress was just as beautiful. She was friendly and happy went with us through the menu. With their recommendation we ordered the three famous dishes including their bacon donut with fried chicken, Portobello mushroom fried and Ei Benedict. The Portobello mushroom kicked us away with such a tasteful dough and the Pesto guacamole Dip was from this world. The part was so big that we were filled after this dish. Most popular for all is probably the bacon donut. People come here for that. The flavor combination of sugar glass donut with salty bacon was incredible. Everyone should order this. But the only thing is that after dinner we could eat less than a donut nothing else. We were so full. This is definitely a restaurant to impress your friends, but this is only when they have great appetite. The restaurant offers park validation, just ask the waiter if you pay your bill."
