"Stopped in to grab a quick bite, they now have A kiosk to place your own order. I get it, especially in California labor costs are expensive, but when you don’t have anybody in the drive-through you have more than two people inline and you see a young family struggling to put their order in on the kiosk, why ignore them and then still have to adjust the order at the cash register. Second, their large fry used to be a 1/2lb of fries now their large is a medium at several other food places. Lastly, on google maps it said (updated by business four weeks ago) opening time was 6am, I arrive at 6:30am and was informed by the employees they do not open until 7a. Which was no big deal, but why would they list their opening time as 6a then? I love bakers I grew up eating it and there is no better burger or bean and cheese burrito in SoCal imo. I drive from the OC just to get it. But after this experience I really don’t have a desire to come back."
