"My family wanted to come one last time to the manhattan beach landmark. Coming there for as long as I can remember, our last experience was dismal. Horrible service, bill chucked on our table by an uninterested employee with zero eye contact, took 20 minutes to order drinks, no wine was offered, skipped ordering an appetizer as we’d planned to because no one came around for another 20 minutes. Food took ages to come out and 3 out of 4 people were unhappy with their food. All around, such a disappointing last visit"
