"Cafe Mambo was a fun find. Classic dishes with an island twist. My son loved his Mambo burger. My husband and I had the fajitas (tuna and local fish). The tuna was so good it was tough to want to put toppings on it. All in all it was a great value and excellent food. One note Pa'ia feels a little darker and less safe in the evening then other locations on Maui. When we go again, I will try to park closer to the center of town in well lit areas."

"Honestly this spot is a hidden gem. Food is delicious and service was great. I'm not big on seafood but their ceviche is bomb. They make it with white onion which is the best. Phillysteak is fire and their breakfast has to be the best. Definitely a Downey must stop."
