"We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, bordering on disastrous. Despite wanting to support a new local business, we were shocked by the horrific service, attitude, and quality. The staff should be ashamed of their unprofessionalism and lack of care. When we asked to speak to a manager or owner, our request was initially ignored. Eventually, a so-called "namage" appeared with a rude and aggressive demeanor, showing no concern for our concerns. We had only ordered appetizers, which were left untouched, so we didn't feel guilty about leaving. While I don't expect a free meal, I do expect professionalism and basic courtesy, both of which were sorely lacking. With over three decades of experience in customer service, sales, and training others in communication skills, I strongly believe that this restaurant needs to reevaluate their approach to customer support and quality."
