"We recently held a dinner and dance party for 50. The staff was extremely flexible, nice and accommodating. Dinner was served efficiently and the food was very good. The covered outdoor space worked really well with fans and A/C splits if it is hot and roll clear sides in case of rain. We added a balloon arch, flowers and another decor, but the room is already festive at night with lights that line around the entrance and over the roof. The bartenders worked very efficiently so that the beverage line was kept to a minimum. A great place to host an event."

"Our party of dropped to a party of due to the COVID pandemic; however, our smaller group had a fantastic time. Other than myself, the other ladies had never visited Casolare and were pleased with the menu options, drink selections, valet parking option and service. it was a hit! Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. The ladies plan to return for lunch or dinner soon"
