"I've gone to this location for 2 or 3 years now and love it, however recent change in staff has unfortunately made the coffee loose quality. I always get a turtle mocha cooler as my drink, and the past two times it has been very watery, to the point where I wonder if they just eyeball the amount of syrup they are meant to put in? Rather then measuring? I have no clue, but I digress, I pay extra for extra milk chocolate and extre Carmel in these , and so not getting my moneys worth is a real bummer. Last time I purchased an extra large, and it was a waste of money, this time I purchased a large just to be careful and it was even more watery somehow. Since the workers are still new, I totally understand them getting better or gaining more knowledge through time, but I think I'll be giving this location a long break, which is a bummer, cause they finally just started staying open until 5 again when they kept closing at 3. If the customer service reps ask for details on the workers, I can give them, but really I think they just need some time and more training! And maybe some measuring! Other then this. The location has always been pleasant. Thank you!"
