"Had to give one star because 0 stars was not an option. My 5 year old granddaughter wanted a choclate ice cream cone. And then asked nicely for icing on it…. Instead of asking what she meant he said we don’t HAVE icing. Strike one….. strike 2 my granddaughter politely said thank you to the girl that gave her the cone and the girl just ignored her. Strike 3…. Once my granddaughter was having a hard time eating it I asked the girl for a bowl and spoon….. she rudely rolled her eyes at me as she gave it to me. We teach our children to be kind and polite. This establishment needs to give their employees classes on kindness and politeness! They are out of my life and I will spread the word how awful they are."
