"we have done this unnoticable. we booked BE-EM asian kitchen’s restaurant for our entire rehearsal dinner place on the day before our high season! my wife, I tried to find a place for a rehearsal. we knew we really wanted good Vietnamese food. then we stumbled over bé èm asian kitchen. I came out, planned a face-to-face meeting with chi loan (owner) and she was soou recording. first we wanted to make a few things safe:1. the restaurant offers a large number of guests2. the look and the feeling would fit the modern mood we go.3 that should eat taste good.4 the venue would be in the budget. I love honesty and chi loan just told me that she never got a question like mine, where I want to use her restaurant as a room for our rehearsal. interestingly, I told her that “We will find out together!”. we have rejected each other (which is so important, it was a collaborative upshot). the great common idea was the pho bar (pho tai nam station). we decided to use their catering menu pho tai nam station alot of wings- Hibachi tablets (filling style steak-donmp- vegan tofu- fried rice- steamed rice- ultimate asian charcuterie board (wings, wonton bites, dumplings, eggrolls, edamame, kimchi fruits, bar buns, etc). fruit tray (inive of a make you just worry about your day and enjoy.” they and their team took all the stress of prepping a pho bar that they have never done, created a new beautiful high-time mark that we had not even expected, and delivered microphones and loudspeakers for talking. bé èm asian kitchen (chi loan and her team) went over and beyond for our sample dinner. the customer service and the food are in harmony with each other!"
