"Incredible. My friends and I have come here 1-3 times per month for the past year. Every time I have family visiting, I take them here. The food and flavors are truly on another level. Every dish I've had is great. My favorites are the drunken noodles, but I've heard great things about the pad see ew, basil fried rice, and pad thai from my friends. We've had so many of their appetizers, and all are wonderful. Special mention to the mango sticky rice, which is divine. I am going to be so sad when I move next year and have to leave this place behind. It is a gem! You can tell the people who own the place are incredibly hardworking. They always have so many carry out orders, but they are still so incredibly prompt and kind with service. I truly, truly love it here and it is my favorite restaurant!! "Nice tiny place. Wasn’t busy when I went. The people seemed nice, couldn’t understand what they were saying. But was very chill. The waitress lady was nice and very patient. The fried dumplings appetizer was very good! Never had them before, so it was a first good experience! And idk what the sauce was with the dumplings, but it tasted amazing with them! For the meal I stuck with the Duck soup. Was very filling, delicious! Overall good little experience.The other to thing I liked is if you bring cash, you might be able to save a few bucks. Like if you spend over $50 you get $5 back. Which I guess some people wouldn’t take the money. But I’d say it’s a great dealI other than that, it’s a small place, very colorful building. I like the are outside of it. A con is that there isn’t a whole lot of parking."

"I highly recommend the duck curry, I love it. The whole sea perch though was only partially edible, not up to my expectations. One side of the fish was fried to a crunchy, fibrous, inedible substance. If you want to try branzino fish, that dish is not a good example of it."

"From the very beginning, when I entered this facility, I noticed an inviting, clean and well thought-out environment. The staff was honest and real. The design and the atmosphere struck me as warming despite a stone-looking wall. Prices seemed reasonable if you are looking for a higher quality Thai cuisine that does not break the bank. I ordered number 46. Pad Thai (with added chicken) and number 50. Thai Style Fried Rice (with added chicken). The pad Thai was absolutely delicious! Not sweetened what was a problem with other Thai restaurants, and is not watered / soup. The Thai Style Fried Rice was not overly cooked and once again, not overly seasoned and meets your palette and taste buds exactly right. I enjoyed my time at the Kao Thai restaurant and I hope that you will see and review it."

"Tamarind thai makes the best pad thai within 100 miles. We've ordered it about five times at this point and the flavor and texture is always perfect. If you like pad thai, it is a must try. Other dishes are great, too... though whoever wraps their summer rolls is definitely struggling (they are basically held together by gravity against the plastic container and fall apart the moment you touch them, but are tasty and fresh enough as a salad) The dine in experience is pretty meh, but the food is totally worth the trip! We absolutely recommend getting the food as takeout."
