"Open table did nothing for our reservation. I reserved early in the day, and had an email confirming that we would indeed have a table ready at 6pm in Buffalo wild wings. Well. That was not the case. We arrived at 6pm, the table of ten and was told we all had to wait ten minutes for our table to be set up. Not only did we wait for our table, but it took forever just to get drinks. I get it is busy there, but still. We all ordered food and that took forever. That was okay, but it two out of the party of ten got their food before others, so we all had to sit and watch them eat. The whole situation took about thrzz hours, when most restaurants people are in and out in an hour and a half."
