"Frankly, I expected my experience in the palace to be a bit sour after I drove well fifteen minutes through the overly compacted streets of Provo, looking for a semi-decent parking with a hungry friend fresh from a long day shift at work. This, however, is irrelevant and was not almost the case. From the moment I entered the India Palace, I was immediately swallowed into a whole new world of culture, delicious food and incomparable restaurants. In the front waiting room there were many different figures and statues that represented a majority of the art you would live in India. The design of seating as well as the decoration that scattered the walls had a very stylistic appeal and the hint of exotic music in the background was mesmerizing. I felt like I was transported to another country on my entry. There was a mild, aromatic scent of rich, spiced curry that I could not help but in this function as an awe-inspired awakening in the senses as well as an indisputable statement of true authenticity - aka this is not only your outgoing Indian restaurant. After less than a minute, we were immediately inclined to do so and were accordingly seated by one of the most worthy hosts I saw in the Utah Valley. Shortly afterwards, we were greeted by our server for the night, in which I may not list enough free adjectives to describe the extreme kindness, courtesy, initially courageous work ethics and unbeatable consciousness he had. The menu of the palace's specialties is very tasteful and offers a variety of homemade Indian cuisine from traditional soups, masala and ginger seasoned meat, to many vegetarian options as well as if you roll this way. A “meat lover” and vegan can simply enjoy feeding together here without worrying that each bullet silverware is frustrated against each other. My friend and I ordered both the Chicken Tikka Masala, a popular chicken dish cooked in a Tandoori style oven with cream, pepper and spices, which I highly recommend. After the waiter was ready to take our orders, we only had to wait about ten to fifteen minutes until our dinners were prepared - this is a surprisingly good company for such an authentic establishment. The Entrées came to our table served in unique styles of dishes and plates. My friend even made a comment about her as a waiter! Both the Masalas and the rice were at perfect temperatures and were works of art in and of themselves. I almost didn't want to eat it because it was so beautiful. The delicate, excellent cooked chicken rests in a warm red bath of silky, savory cream sauce, which had a moderate kick. Fresh Basmati rice complicated the tingling flavor even more. The one I saw was the part of the Masala bullets that seemed a little small first. However, it actually fills you fairly efficiently and the quality of the foods outweighs everything that is intended as a problem. Once my guest and I were ready to publish in the superb Entrées, the checks were kindly given to us in a very fast way (I deny waiting times for hours to get the bill). We were thanked countless times by the amazingly friendly waiter. It seemed like he enjoyed helping us almost more than we enjoyed the food and were served! Overall, I found India Palace indisputably impressive. The tactical design, very satisfying food and constantly hard-working servers contributed to a very, very successful visit. I will definitely eat there again and I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian cuisine or is brave enough to try it for the first time."
